Just want to say thank you to you and Sarah, for the whole experience and our joint venture on Skip Lane.

The process has been so valuable mentally and knowledgeably I've learnt more of you and Sarah in this project than l've learnt in the last couple of years in Property mainly because you're relentless, mindset and knowledge around what needs to happen and when things need to happen, you haven't missed a trick and always on the Ball with timings, schedules paperwork, making sure the right people are doing the right jobs to a high standard and the process we will need to go through from start to finish from buying the Property, solicitors, lenders and renovating it and selling it. Can't wait for the next one so thank you again.

What is massively help me through this process is communication and knowledge making sure we're involved in every decision to help us learn the process. This is why I wouldn't wanna work with anyone else in Property unless they hold your standards and values not just as a person, but as a business.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to you and Sarah for being part of the Skip Lane Project. There were a few reasons for engaging:

Had accessible monies that I was not vet ready to deploy on my own project.

I wanted to build a working relationship with a quality builder that I could use and trust moving forward.

I wanted the ability to gain more experience on a back to brick full rear extension.

Work on a project that was local to where I live.

It was great that all my boxes were ticked and the whole 12 months was a great experience.

The communication throughout was spot on, it helped me understand 1st hand some of the challenges you came across and how you dealt with them to ensure that you retained the increase in value of the property Getting access to the property when needed and importantly getting my funds back on time which is now being used on my own commercial investments. Firstly, I just want to thank you, Sarah and Pard for giving us the opportunity to be apart of the skip lane project. The earn and learn structure you implemented has been really helpful especially as I got into property to learn the BRRR strategy.

It's crazy to see how mad the transformation is from when you purchased to now as it's complete. It's really important to feel comfort and trust especially when JV'ing on a project and I feel that you all made the transition so smooth with the weekly updates and phone calls. I also appreciate that you and Sarah sat down with us and taught us about raising finance! Overall it's been and really enjoyable experience and I have learnt a lot. Right from the outset, we started by getting to know each other & agreeing a schedule for the best way of learning. The learning was a combination of site visits & zoom calls & this worked really well for us as we aren't local, so it meant we could make arrangements at a suitable time to meet on site & also do some learning virtually too. We have learnt everything about the process from dealing with potential bats to neighbours that opposed the plans & the impact these things had on getting planning approval! Martin Sarah & Pard came across many challenges on the project that we were involved in & this helped the learning process massively for us as we now know how to handle issues such as these.

In addition to the learning, we became great friends & know that if we ever have any questions or issues that we need to resolve in our own projects that we can call anytime & the support will be there. Overall the experience has been fantastic & we were paid for the privilege too!
